TURKEY DAY :)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
First we went to my grandparents house on my mom's side of the family!
We have a tradition that each year, someone makes name tags for each member of the family, and it is set at the table wherer you are suposed to sit. It is really fun to see what the name tag is each year! They are always really cute! Here is mine from this year!
Since it decided to rain, there were some mud puddles on the side of Grandma and Grandpa's house, and guess what, our kids found them. So, we ended up putting Kenzie in her high chair to keep her as clean as poss able.
Kyle decided that he wanted to go exploring!
My mom's side of the family is quite large, and almost all of us live within a few miles of each other, so we always have lots of food on holidays!
Here is half of the thanksgiving table.....
And here is the other half.
Here are our kids eating thanksgiving dinner! I love this picture! :)

We also have another tradition.... it is to go and play a game called Bochie Ball after eating. It is lots of fun!
However, since we had to get everything packed up, and head over to the other side of town, we didn't go this year. So, my sister Kimber took Kyle with her for a few minutes while we got ready to go. We then drove over and picked him up before heading to the other side of town for out second Thanksgiving dinner of the day.
This is my sister Kimber walking Kyle to our van, and you can see my family playing in the background.
About 45 minutes later we arrived at Aaron's parents House just before it was time to take the turkey out of the oven. So, We got the highchair out and Kenzie sat there and played for a little while so that she wouldn't get burned by the oven.
Here is Kenzie getting a hug from her Uncle Chris, Aaron's younger brother.
And Kyle stayed busy playing with toys! Here is Kenzie and Aunt Alicia! She is Aaron's younger sister.
And here is Kyle watching Cars with Aunt Alicia!
Aaron got to learn how to carve the turkey :)
A little while after dinner, Aaron's mom whipped some cream for the pies. She then gave kyle one of the beaters to lick. He loved it, and I'm not sure why, but he called it a cupcake. :)
We found out that Kenzie loves pumpkin pie!
And she ended up with a messy face!
Here is a picture of Aaron and I just after finishing our pie!
Here is Kenzie playing with Grandma !
We stayed a little while longer after eating pie. Dur ring that time, we showed everyone how Kenzie loves to dance! (Aaron took a video, but for some reason, my videos never upload right on blogger, so I can't put it on here )
But then it started getting late, so we packed everything up again, and headed home. The kids were so tired! But, Kenzie stilled spent about half of the ride home screaming, and trying to keep herself awake. However, when we pulled up in front of our house, this is what we saw when we turned around to unbuckle them ! :)
Kenzie woke up when I carried her up the stairs, but Kyle didn't even bat an eyelash when Aaron got him out of his car seat, and into his bed. And Kenzie went right back to sleep as soon as she was in her crib with her sippy cup!
We had so much fun with our family, and all of the food was so yummy!
